Space Warfare

Space Warfare is a multiplayer, space simulation, strategy game with realistic physics, where the player must launch and control different satellites with the goal of intercepting asteroids and enemy satellites. This prototype lets the player choose between two different game modes and allows up to four different players to participate in a session.

The two available game modes are called Casual and Bots. In the Casual game mode the player manually controls each individual satellite. In the Bots game mode, the game allows the player to access and send information to the game through HTTP requests, allowing the player to program their own bot to play the game.

Controls

• W: Tilt the satellite forward
• A: Rotate the satellite to the left
• S: Tilt the satellite backwards
• D: Rotate the satellite to the right
• Q: Roll the satellite to the left
• E: Roll the satellite to the right
• Spacebar:  Apply thrust in the direction that the satellite is facing
• Tab: Alternate between a close view and a distant view of the satellite
